do I subscribe as a service provider? |
| |
If you are new to Contracted
Work, click "Provide Services" at the top or bottom of any page and
you'll be guided through the registration process, where you can choose
your subscription level. If you are currently registered but not yet
a subscriber, you can subscribe to Monthly Basic or Monthly Gold from
the Account page. Click "Providers/Manage subscription" and then click
on whatever subscription level that you desire. |

are the two levels of Subscription? |
| |
Contracted Work offers two
levels of subscription — Monthly Basic and Monthly Gold. The Monthly
Basic level allows you to be contacted by buyers by email or message
boards, gives you a profile and portfolio pages on ContractedWork.com
and SmartHunt.com, e-stores to feature your services and secondary
prominent directory listing below Gold members. Monthly Gold gives
you the same offerings as Monthly Basic but a prominent placement
in bid lists, searches and directories. |

much does a Subscription cost? |
| |
When you subscribe to Contracted
Work, you can choose between Monthly Basic and Monthly Gold. Monthly
Basic costs $14.95 and Monthly Gold costs $24.95. |

| What
is the difference between Monthly Basic and Monthly Gold? |
| |
Monthly Basic is the entry
level membership into Contracted Work. Basic subscribers can have
their profile featured on the Contracted Work and the Smarthunt websites,
profile and portfolio pages showcasing your work, uploads of flash,
pictures and word documents, buyers may contact providers without
posting projects by private message board, E-stores to feature your
services and a secondary prominent listing. With Monthly Gold, subscribers
receive all the Monthly Basic features. They also get prominent placement
in bid lists, searches and directories. |

| When
will I be charged the first subscription fee? |
| |
You will be charged the
first subscription fee upon completing the sign-up process. This first
charge will cover your subscription for the month. Contracted Work
will automatically renew your subscription on the next term billing
date unless you cancel. |

| What
happens if I change my payment level or credit card? |
| |
You can change your payment
method from the Subscription Sign-in page. When you change your subscription
level, the new level of payment will be used for future payments of
the subscription fee and any past due amounts. If you change your
payment method to a new credit card, Contracted Work will charge your
card the subscription fee on each billing date. |

| How
is billing for Subscription handled? |
| |
Contracted Work will automatically
charge your credit card for the subscription level you choose, each
billing period until you cancel your subscription according to the
steps outlined below. For example, if you choose a Monthly Basic payment
term, Contracted Work will automatically charge you the Monthly Basic
subscription fee every month unless you cancel your subscription.
If you upgrade to Monthly Gold in the middle of your billing cycle,
your subscription will be updated at the next billing date unless
a request for immediate upgrade is received by email. Downgrading
or cancellation of any subscription will not result in any refund
of fees already paid. Your subscription status will not be activated
until Contracted Work receives your payment. When you pay by credit
card, payment is processed immediately and your subscription status
becomes effective immediately. |

| How
do I change my subscription from Monthly Gold to Monthly Basic? |
| |
You must go to the Sign-Up
page and click on the Monthly Basic button. It will become in effect
at the start of the billing month. |

to cancel? |
| |
Log into your account and click the 'manage subscription' button, select the cancel option from the menu and submit. For email cancellations please send a email to cancela@contractedwork.com

| What
is feedback? |
| |
Feedback is a rating of the provider by the buyers to ensure proper
quality in the marketplace. Poor feedback reflects poorly on the
provider and Contracted Work and can result in closing the providers
account.

| Do
I need a credit card to become a Monthly Basic service provider? |
| |
Contracted Work does require
a credit card for service providers. Your subscription fee may be
paid through your credit card. |

| What
happens if I change my credit card? |
| |
You can change your credit
card from the Subscription Sign-Up page. When you change your credit
card, it will be used for future payments of the subscription fee.
Contracted Work will charge your card the subscription fee on each
billing date. |

| If
I sign up for Monthly Basic, can I later move up to Monthly Gold?
|
| |
You can upgrade your status
to Monthly Gold at any time. Unused fees paid for MonthlyBasic will
be credited to your Monthly Gold fee. To upgrade, go to the Account
menu and enter your user-name and password. Next, click Providers/Manage
Subscription link. From there, click the Monthly Gold button. |

| What
obligations do I have after posting a project? |
| |
You
have no obligation to close the project or award it. If you award
the project and use SmartPay Escrow and the service provider delivers
the work, then you must pay the provider thru Contracted Work |

| How
do I pay for services? |
| |
You
decide payment terms with the service provider you have chosen. Contracted
Work offers SmartPay to protect buyers and providers by escrowing
funds into a holding account until work is completed. |

| Is the service provider qualified? |
| |
You may view the providers profile to view past feedback from buyers and view samples of the providers work. You may also contact the provider at any time by clicking the Email Professional button located at the top of the providers profile requesting more information about the company and references. |

| What
if I have a dispute? |
| |
If a dispute arises and you are using SafePay Escrow then Contracted
Work Inc will be the sole arbiter Arbiter@ContractedWork.com,
Contracted Work Inc will make decisions based on our analysis of
the project, Both buyer and seller must agree to the terms before
a escrow project is started.
If you hire a provider outside of SmartPay Escrow then Contracted
Work will not be involved in the dispute process.

Posting contact information? |
| |
Providers may not post contact information in any place other than private message boards. Those who violate the policy put themselves at a unfair advantage over those who follow the rules. Bids with contact information will be deleted when found and may result in cancellation of services.
