How it works:
The Buyer submits a payment to SmartPay escrow, via check, or PayPal online. Funds are deposited to a main escrow account which can be distributed to multiple project accounts. After a project has been awarded the funds remain locked until transferred to the service provider in increments or in full at completion of the project.
